Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program details, admission criteria, and application procedures.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct counseling sessions via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication, and will follow up with leads to support conversion and enrollment targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and participating in outreach or information sessions.



The role also requires providing clear, empathetic support to prospective students, ensuring they have the information and guidance needed to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, learner-focused support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and help achieve enrollment goals in an ethical, consultative manner.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education programs and the higher education landscape to accurately explain offerings and pathways.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort working with data and reports.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services, and fluency in English and local languages will be considered an advantage.
