Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. The counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, including initial inquiries, counseling sessions, application assistance, and follow-up communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting students and families, explaining program details, clarifying eligibility criteria, and addressing questions about courses, fees, and timelines.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting outreach activities such as information sessions or campus visits. The counselor is expected to build trusting relationships,



meet enrollment targets ethically, and ensure a positive, professional experience for every prospective student.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of responsiveness.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support ethical conversion of inquiries into enrollments while aligning student needs with suitable programs.
