? About Fine Arts Gurukul

Fine Arts Gurukul is a growing art learning community where children, hobbyists, and aspiring artists learn through structured mentorship and creative exploration.

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and people-focused Admission Counsellor who can guide students and parents and help them choose the right learning journey.

? Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your role is to understand their needs, explain our programs clearly, and convert inquiries into admissions through consistent follow-ups.

This is a performance-driven role, requiring both communication and accountability.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Explain courses clearly to parents and students
- Schedule demo sessions and follow up consistently
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain daily follow-up and lead tracking

? Compensation & Growth
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives




- Structured performance review after 3 months
- Opportunity to revise base salary to ₹25,000 – ₹27,500 based on performance

? Who We’re Looking For

✔ Strong communication skills (English required)

✔ Comfortable speaking with parents and students

✔ Disciplined with follow-ups and daily tasks

✔ Willing to work in a performance-driven environment

✔ Kannada / Hindi speaking candidates preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

⚠️ Important Requirements

- This is an onsite role in Bangalore
- Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory
- Weekly off: Monday
