: Ad Operations Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for an Ad Operations Intern to join our growing Ad Operations team. This is an entry-level role suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in digital advertising and programmatic media.

You will work closely with internal teams, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and media partners to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, delivered as planned, and monitored throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in setting up and activating DOOH advertising campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic, and other SSP/DSP platforms.

· Monitor campaign delivery, impressions, spend, pacing, and performance on a daily basis.

· Identify and troubleshoot delivery issues such as low spend, low win rate, creative rejection, targeting issues, and under-delivery.

· Validate campaign setup, including deal IDs, inventory, creative specifications, targeting, budgets, and schedules.

· Coordinate with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal teams to resolve campaign-related issues.

· Perform regular reconciliation of campaign data across different platforms and internal systems.

· Prepare daily/weekly campaign reports and performance updates.

· Maintain accurate campaign documentation and operational trackers.

· Support creative QA and ensure creatives meet required specifications for different DOOH screen formats.

· Assist with post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.

· Follow operational processes and contribute to improving automation and efficiency within the Ad Operations function.

What We Are Looking For

· 0–1 year of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, Media Operations, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital advertising and technology are welcome to apply.





· Positive understanding of Excel / Google Sheets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.

· Willingness to learn programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and DOOH technology.

· Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and large datasets.

Good to Have

· Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, or ad serving.

· Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic, or Equativ.

· Basic knowledge of advertising metrics such as impressions, CPM, CTR, win rate, fill rate, pacing, and spend.

· Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and conditional formatting.

· Interest in automation, data analytics, and AdTech.
