Job Purpose:

Acquire Salary accounts from corporates and meet monthly productivity norms.

Attend employee inductions at corporates to acquire accounts of newly joined employees.

Engage with HR/Admin/Finance teams at corporates for routine account opening requirements.

Ensure relationship management with corporate Admin and penetration of accounts.

Explain and collect appropriate documentation for account opening as per KYC policy for submission to delegated authority.

Conduct Lead Generation Activities like catchment mapping, references, and help-desks at corporates.

Achieve set productivity norms for salary account sourcing and cross-sell.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Pitch higher variant salary accounts to Senior employees with managed programs.





Meet and follow-up with customers regularly after account opening for early funding with Salary Credit.

Cross-sell various products.

Prepare Daily Sales Reports detailing all calls made.

Verify original copies of all documents submitted by the customer for account opening.

Ensure customer signs in the physical presence of the Sales Officer.

Reconcile insta-kits with AM and Branch team as per Audit circular; ensure all documentation/account opening formalities are completed in the Sales Officer's presence.

Verify authenticity of documents and identity of customers.

Ensure photograph for ID proof is clearly visible and matches the photo on the AOD.

Ensure Tatkal kits are available for inductions.

Facilitate account opening through digital journey.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with minimum 50% Marks
