Education: Any Graduates To effectively perform the responsibilities of the Assessment Operations role, the following competencies are essential:

- Understanding of the assessment industry

- Valuable Analytical & Consulting Ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, cross-functional teams, co-workers
- Requires a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends to meet customer requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily assessment operations for assigned clients, including test configurations, candidate management, and run-time support during assessments.




- Handle client interactions to ensure timely responses, seamless coordination, and effective utilization of assessment offerings.
- Identify, address, and resolve technical issues encountered by clients or candidates during assessments.
- Generate and analyze periodic usage reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) to support subscription tracking, billing validation, renewals, and business growth.
- Drive product adoption by guiding clients
- Maintain data accuracy, monitor usage trends, and derive insights to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Adhere to standardized processes, practices, and operational methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
