We are looking for Assistant Collection Manager at Uttar Pradesh.

Agra

Experience: At least 4 Year of experience in digital collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

- Managing Collection team for maintaining delinquent accounts allocated in Pre X (Pre PDD & Post PDD) collection follow up.
- Implementation & execution of collection strategy from up line for collection follow up in pre PDD allocation and post PDD accounts.
- Customer Centric approach collection follow up and analysis on feedback from customer
- Regularly analyzed key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implemented data-driven solutions.
- Successfully resolved escalated customer inquiries and complaints, preserving positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding debts.
