Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients for pending payments and outstanding invoices
- Coordinate with clients for pending POs and invoice processing
- Track accounts receivable and ageing reports
- Regularly connect with clients to understand payment status and expected payment dates
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations teams
- Ensure invoices are submitted to clients on time
- Follow up on payment delays and invoice-related queries
- Maintain accurate records of pending payments, POs and invoices
- Share regular updates on collections and outstanding amounts

What We’re Looking For




- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / Finance
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and email
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail
- Persistent, organised and willing to take ownership

Work Structure
- 6 working days a week
- Monday–Friday: Work from Office
- 2 Saturdays: Work From Home
- 2 Saturdays: Work From Office
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
