Accounts Receivable – US Taxation | Multiple Positions

We are hiring US Taxation professionals for our client-focused team in Hyderabad . We are looking for candidates with hands-on US Taxation experience and prior calling experience with US clients who can understand client queries, provide accurate information, and handle routine tax matters with minimal senior-level support.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with US clients via phone and email
- Understand and respond accurately to client tax-related queries
- Explain tax forms, filing requirements, and required documentation
- Review tax documents and identify missing or inconsistent information
- Handle routine US tax matters independently and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate client records and timely follow-ups
- Deliver a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and client satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline — mandatory
- Hands-on US Taxation experience — mandatory
- Prior calling/voice experience with US clients — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of US Individual and/or Business Taxation
- Good understanding of Form 1040, 1040-NR, business, and state filings
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
