Shift: US Shift : 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:
Handle US Healthcare AR & Denials Management
Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid/denied claims
Identify denial reasons and take corrective action
Handle EOB/ERA, CARC & RARC codes
Process corrected claims and appeals
Maintain accurate claim/call documentation
Meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in US Healthcare AR/Denials, payer calling, positive communication skills, and knowledge of medical billing processes.nsibilities
