A Senior PM with good exposure to ability to drive Operating Model redesign, cross-functional delivery and Process simplification or streamlining.
Prefer Accounts
Onboarding experience. Has an in-depth understanding of the change lifecycle in process re-engineering.
- Strong experience in process redesign / target operating model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially across geographies.
- Ability to manage QA, controls, and operational risk topics.
- Robust execution in a matrix environment.
- Strong ops / onboarding background preferred.
- Exposure to KYC / CDD / AML preferred
