Position: Accounts Manager

About the Role

Aarin Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's complete accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and hospitality-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Supervise and review all sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
- Perform and review bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
- Review invoices, vouchers, purchase bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Monitor petty cash and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with HR/payroll team for salary, statutory deductions, and payroll-related accounting.
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow statements, expense reports, and management reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory regulations.

Hospitality Accounting Experience Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, F&B;, Catering, or Hospitality organizations will be preferred.

Candidates with experience handling daily sales reconciliation, POS transactions, cash management, vendor payments, inventory-related accounting, GST, and hospitality expenses will have an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–8 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Hospitality.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.
