Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Accounts

Executive will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of ledgers. The role includes assisting with tax computations, statutory compliance, preparation of financial reports, and support for audits.

Executive will collaborate with senior accountants and consultants, ensure accurate data entry, respond to client queries, and help improve financial processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas
- Understanding of taxation and statutory compliance with the ability to assist in tax filings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
