Position: Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day accounting, project-wise accounts, accounts payable/receivable, banking, statutory compliance, reconciliations and financial reporting for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers and books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor bills, contractor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare BRS, vendor/customer reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain project-wise accounting, costing, expenses and payment records.
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow reports for management.
- Coordinate with Banks, Auditors, Vendors, Purchase, CRM, Projects and Management.
- Support RERA-related accounting, project fund utilisation and documentation.




- Assist in monthly/annual finalization of accounts and audits.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, salary-related accounting and reimbursements.
- Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and internal controls.
- Handle Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel for accounting and MIS.

Qualification & Experience: B.Com/M.Com; 3–6 years experience for Accounts Executive/Senior Executive and 6–10 years for Accounts Manager, preferably with a real estate/construction developer.

Preferred Skills:

Robust knowledge of Real Estate Accounting, GST, TDS, RERA, Tally/ERP, MS Excel, AP/AR, bank reconciliation and finalisation of accounts. Good coordination and team-management skills are preferred for the Manager level.
