Role & responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.
- Perform vendor reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST accounting, GST returns, and related compliance.
- Maintain accounts and transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with vendors/customers.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- 24 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliation, GST, and Tally.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of general accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
