Accounts Executive

Location: World Trade Centre, Ring Road, Surat

Salary: upto ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–1+ Years in CA Firm

Work Mode: Primarily Work From Office, with some flexibility

Work Hours: 11am-7pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our US Accounting team. Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on Indian accounting experience, especially those who have worked with a CA firm, are encouraged to apply. Prior US Accounting experience is not mandatory. Candidates with a strong foundation in accounting and a willingness to learn US Accounting processes will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients.
- Maintain financial records and perform accounting entries.
- Assist with reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and other accounting processes.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and supporting documentation.
- Learn and work on US Accounting standards,



processes and software.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a CA firm.
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Positive knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and transition into US Accounting.
- Freshers are not preferred; candidates with practical accounting experience will be given preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in CA firms, accounting firms, or similar accounting environments with strong practical exposure to bookkeeping and accounting are highly encouraged to apply.
