Job Overview

Rohit Aggarwal & Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Finalist, CA Intermediate cleared candidate, or Graduate pursuing CA for the position of Audit & Accounts Assistant. This is a full time role offers hands-on experience across statutory audits, accounting, tax filings, and GST compliance. Candidates seeking CA Articleship are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Auditing: Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for corporate and non-corporate clients in compliance with Accounting Standards.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting, voucher entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation using Tally.
- GST Compliance: Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in annual reconciliations.
- Taxation: Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies,



along with TDS return computations and filings.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients for documentation, query resolution, and gathering audit evidence.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Minimum Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or higher.
- CA Track: CA Intermediate (Group 1/Both Groups Cleared) or CA Finalist. Candidates seeking CA Articleship are welcome.
- Experience: Practical experience in auditing, accounting, and GST compliance.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime/Busy, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Income Tax/GST portals.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound written/verbal communication skills.
