Job Overview:

We are looking for a Accounts Assistant with 6 months–1 year of experience to support day-to-day accounting and billing activities in a textile company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day billing and accounting entries

- Manage purchase and sales entries

- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting work

- Perform data entry and maintain financial records

- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents

- Maintain proper records of accounting transactions





- Coordinate with the senior accounts team for routine activities

Requirements

- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in accounting

- Basic knowledge of billing, purchase, and sales

- Basic understanding of GST and TDS

- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel

- Good data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to maintain records and coordinate with the accounts team
