Position: Accounts & Finance Professional (10 - 15 Years Experience)

The position is for Bathroom Fittings Division

Location: Pondicherry

Role: Accounts & Finance Executive / Unit Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounts activities for the business/unit
- Maintain credit, distributor, and customer ledgers
- Track customer outstanding payments and collections
- Prepare and monitor Factory MIS, business performance reports, and financial analysis
- Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls
- Manage cash flow, banking, and working capital requirements
- Conduct internal audits and ensure statutory & financial compliance
- Monitor and control marketing and operational expenses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations of the manufacturing/business unit
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls

Desired Profile 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/production setup

Solid working knowledge of SAP (mandatory)

Experience in handling distributor networks and factory/accounts MIS preferred

Capability to independently manage finance and accounts functions of a production/business unit

Strong understanding of inventory control, audit processes, cash management, and compliance

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Cost Accountant/ CA

Age: Below 40 years
