Position OverviewBMSI is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with 8+ years of experience to manage the company's accounting, finance, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll accounting, and financial reporting functions.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, FEMA, and RCM, along with the ability to manage a team of 4–5 members.

CA / CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are preferred. Experience in the BIM, construction, engineering, or AEC industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle FEMA compliance, foreign currency transactions, overseas payments, and receipts.
- Manage RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) and related GST requirements.
- Handle payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collections.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, consultants, vendors, and management.




- Manage project-related accounting, billing, expenses, and collections.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management.

Team Management
- Lead and manage an Accounts Team of 4–5 members.
- Allocate and review accounting tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Guide team members on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for payroll and financial activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant Finance/Accounting qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, FEMA, and RCM.
- Experience with Tally Prime/ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience in BIM Modeling, Construction, Engineering, MEPF, or AEC industry.
- Experience with foreign currency transactions and FEMA compliance.
- Experience in a project-based organization.
- Experience coordinating with CA, auditors, banks, and consultants.
