Max. As per market standard Functional Role () General & Operational Accounting Analyst to join our Global Business Support Services Team.

The role will focus on the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle within the general ledger process. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounting and reporting, combined with solid analytical skills.

Essential Desirable Education Background

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or relevant field.

Professional Accounting

Qualification M.Com, MBA (Finance or equivalent) Work Experience Typically requires 5 years relevant experience Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions. Assist in preparing and maintaining the general ledger. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Manage bank reconciliations (BRS), fixed assets accounting, accruals, and related activities.





Ensure timely and accurate inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, controls, and SLAs. Support internal and external audit requirements. Coordinate and cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Provide team support, including management and resolution of team issues. Perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting activities as required.

Knowledge and Attributes: Knowledge of accounting standards and reporting practices. Proven ability in financial reporting and reconciliations. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively within tight timelines and deadlines. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Resilient under pressure, with strong stress management and patience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
