Location: Onsite at Siliguri.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to join our production unit. This person will be responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations — from managing accounts and documentation to handling general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain all company accounts and prepare regular financial reports
- Handle invoicing, challans, and e-way bills
- Conduct bank reconciliations (BRS) and maintain tally records
- Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Track and tally inventory on regular basis

Administration

- Manage bookings for couriers, shipments, and travel (domestic & international)

Office Coordination

- Organize staff celebrations and team activities




- Maintain employee databases and emergency contact lists (SOS information)

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in admin/accounting (preferably in a small business or manufacturing setup)
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
