: /n : /n Job Title: Accountant /n Location: Zirakpur /n Department: Finance & Accounts /n Experience: 4–7 Years /n Job Summary /n We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

/n

- Record and reconcile all bank transactions.

/n

- Prepare and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

/n

- Generate sales and purchase invoices.

/n

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

/n

- Prepare GST returns, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.

/n

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

/n

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

/n

- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

/n

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required.

/n





- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.

/n

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

/n

- Handle payroll support and salary processing, if required.

/n /n Required Skills /n /n

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

/n

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

/n

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

/n

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

/n

- Good communication and organizational skills.

/n

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

/n

- M.Com or relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage.

/n /n Preferred Candidate /n /n

- 4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.

/n

- Experience in real estate, construction, or event management industry is preferred.

/n

- Immediate joiner will be preferred.
