We are hiring for a Finance Analyst – Record to Report (R2R) role with one of the Fortune 500 organizations , based in Gurgaon .

Mandatory Requirements: ~ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

~3.5–6 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) experience ~ Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance Experience: 3.5–6 years Location: Gurgaon If you have relevant candidates or would like to refer someone, please share their profiles at [email protected] . Roles and Responsibility ~ Bachelor’s / master’s degree and CA, with experience and solid interest in accounting concepts. ~4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close, accounting systems and procedures, consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance etc. ~ Prior experience in taxation would be preferred.



~ Willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine tasks to intricate financial management data ~ Oracle experience a plus (GL, Fixed Assets and AP), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access and other comparable ERP systems experience preferred ~ MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency and adaptable to different software applications ~ Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) will be added advantage ~ Support Financial statement and related schedule preparation for Indian Legal entity. ~ Support Indirect tax activities. ~ Execute monthly accounting tasks, including revenue and expense recording, ledger management, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. ~ Review and reconcile financial statements, focusing on consolidation, accruals, and variance analysis.
