Job Post – Accountant / Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

Position: Accountant / Bookkeeper for USA

Location: India

Salary: ₹15,000–₹26,000 per month (higher for strong experience)

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Responsibilities

- Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) USA accounting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts receivable/payable management
- Vendor & customer statement preparation
- Monthly financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)

Requirements:
- CA Inter qualified (preferred) or equivalent accounting background
- Minimum 1.5 years experience with U.S. bookkeeping (GAAP exposure)
- QuickBooks Online skills (ProAdvisor certification a plus)
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Perfect in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations, reporting)
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive communicator
