Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of architectural and interior product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking orders, and resolving client queries.

The Account

Manager will also identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, maintain accurate documentation, and support business development activities.



Collaboration with design, logistics, and finance teams is essential to ensure a smooth client experience and high service standards.

Qualifications - Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

- Experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably in architecture, interior design, or building materials.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.
- Understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and finishes is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
