Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor accounts, employee salary records, pay slips, and transaction entries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, transaction management, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily accounting and financial records Handle vendor records, invoices, bills, and payment transactions. Maintain employee salary records and prepare pay slips. Record and verify daily financial transactions in Tally.

Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank and transaction reconciliation. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.

Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.



Assist in maintaining records for audits and statutory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial and accounting operations.

Relevant experience in Accounts / Finance / Accounting Operations.

Hands-on experience with Tally is required.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience in handling vendor records, payslips, transactions, and financial documentation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.
