Role Description: The Account Manager role is full-time and on-site in Chennai. This role manages client relationships, understands business objectives, and translates them into clear project scopes and actionable plans for internal teams.

The Account

Manager will coordinate across design, strategy, and production, track timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and studio standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client meetings, preparing proposals and status reports, managing feedback cycles, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth.



The role also involves collaborating closely with creative leadership to align project outcomes with Haus Of Chaos’s narrative-led, disruptive brand philosophy.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
- Project coordination abilities spanning timeline management, budgeting, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Robust communication skills, including clear written documentation, confident presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Familiarity with branding, marketing, or creative agency environments, with an understanding of narrative-led brand building.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client needs, assess opportunities, and propose thoughtful solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental studio setting, with adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving briefs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, design management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as real estate, institutions, healthcare, clean energy, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creative teams.
