Designation: Manager - Accounts

:

- Handle monthly/yearly book closing, scrutiny of accounts, GRPO, delivery challan clearing, and MSME creditors.
- Manage GST, TDS & TCS compliances, reconciliations, returns, assessments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate tax, statutory, internal, inventory, and cost audits.
- Manage ROC, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.




- Handle banking activities, including BG, LC, DP working, and bank coordination.
- Review payments, expenses, capitalization, prepaid and outstanding expenses.
- Manage job work, contractors, and manufacturing accounting entries.
- Prepare MIS and project reports for management.
- Develop and implement SOPs and internal control systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Qualification:

- B.Com / BBA + MBA (Finance) OR
- CA Dropout / CA Intermediate / CA Final / CMA (CWA)

Experience:

- 9-10 years, preferably with solid experience in a manufacturing firm
