This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including processing invoices, recording transactions, and assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements. The specialist will reconcile accounts, monitor budgets, track project-related expenses, and support timely billing and collections for client engagements. The role includes preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders, coordinating with project and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, and supporting compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Specialist will also communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills,



including experience with general ledger entries and expense tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in analyzing Financial Statements and interpreting key financial metrics.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify variances, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
