– Head of Accounts Company: Sikka Group Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Position: Head of Accounts Experience: 10 Years Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate accounting, financial reporting, taxation, MIS, and debt syndication .

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function . Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. Manage fund flow, cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning .

Handle debt syndication , including coordination with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Arrange and manage project finance, term loans, working capital, and other debt facilities . Prepare financial proposals, CMA data, financial projections, and documents required for debt raising.

Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, investors, auditors, and financial institutions. Monitor loan documentation, disbursements, repayments, interest, and financial covenants. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements .





Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Prepare management MIS, financial statements, cash-flow statements, and variance analysis . Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.

Required Skills &

Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred. 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction . Solid hands-on experience in Debt Syndication and Project Finance is mandatory . Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Experience dealing with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions . Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software . Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
