Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, payroll processing, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS regulations, and statutory compliances while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile GST records with GSTR-2B and ensure compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities when required.

Payroll & Employee Compliance
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage PF, ESIC, professional tax, and related statutory deductions.
- Maintain employee salary records and compliance documentation.

Invoicing & Documentation
- Generate customer invoices, credit notes, and payment records.




- Prepare E-Way Bills and maintain supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records and reports.

Financial Reporting & Audits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate Profit & Loss reports, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
- Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.

Data Integrity & Process Improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or equivalent accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
