About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, particularly in eCommerce operations, and a strong grasp of reconciliation processes, Tally, and compliance frameworks like GST and TDS. and order processing

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally
- Payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, payment gateway, etc.)
- Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts
- GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Order processing

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Excel
- Exposure to eCommerce accounting processes and order processing is essential
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance




- Experience in handling payment gateway reconciliation
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the organisation

Preferred Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent
