Role Overview

We are looking for an Accelerator Intern to support the execution and management of Innovher’s startup accelerator programmes. The intern will work closely with founders, mentors, investors, ecosystem partners and the internal accelerator team. The role offers practical exposure to startup evaluation, market research, programme management, GTM, investor readiness, fundraising and business strategy.

Role Details

Position: Accelerator Intern

Location: Jaipur

Duration: 3–6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with founders, mentors, investors and ecosystem partners across accelerator activities.
- Track startup milestones, KPIs, deliverables and founder action items.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, sector and investor research.
- Support the execution of workshops, mentor sessions, bootcamps, Demo Days and investor interactions.
- Assist with pitch decks, financial models, fundraising trackers and investor-readiness material.
- Maintain programme calendars, startup MIS, dashboards, reports and documentation.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business,



Management, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct structured internet and database research.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of startups, business models, GTM and fundraising.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of assigned work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous exposure to a startup, incubator, accelerator, consulting firm, venture capital firm or entrepreneurship cell.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, market research, CRM, MIS or investor databases.
- Experience coordinating projects, events or stakeholder interactions.

Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
