Academic Trainer – Mathematics

Job Responsibilities

Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for school teachers, principals, and academic coordinators in online and in-person formats.

Visit partner schools using Next Education’s products (training materials, textbooks, Digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement programs.

Train and support teachers in the effective usage, implementation, and integration of Next Education’s Mathematics curriculum and digital solutions.

Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, mathematics tools, and classroom-ready teaching methodologies.

Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products across schools.

Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with internal teams.

Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals, and reference guides.

Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance training quality and curriculum effectiveness.

Organize and facilitate workshops,



certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic events for educators.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports.

Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or academic support in Mathematics or related subjects.

Strong understanding of school-level Mathematics concepts, problem-solving fundamentals, and digital learning tools.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage, motivate, and guide educators effectively.

Comfortable working in a field-based role and willing to travel to assigned schools.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in an EdTech organization or academic training role.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital classrooms.

Knowledge of digital Mathematics tools, interactive learning platforms, and emerging educational technologies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
