Salary: As per industry standards

Education: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech(IT/CS)

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years

:

- Counsel students on educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, and career planning.

- Provide guidance to individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.

- Collaborate with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems.

- Offer crisis intervention to students.





- Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and determine their priorities and resource needs.

- Prepare students for placements.

- Possess strong counseling and convincing skills.

- Efficiently handle queries and provide support.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream.

- Knowledge of Degree Program/Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling/telecounseling.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with MS Office.
