Kerala's first and only dedicated Amazon selling training institute, based in Kozhikode is hiring for experienced Admission Counselors. We offer hands-on, agency-based courses in Amazon selling - Amazon Selling Plus (online) and Amazon Selling Prime (offline, at our Kozhikode training center) - preparing students for genuine, practical careers in e-commerce.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, result-oriented Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrollment. You'll understand each student's goals, counsel them toward the right course, and support them through every step of joining — combining real counseling skill with the drive to hit admissions targets consistently.

Experience Required

2+ years in academic counseling, educational sales, or student admissions preferred — robust freshers also welcome

Key Responsibilities

A. Student Counseling & Guidance

- Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings on available courses and programs.
- Understand each student's goals and recommend the training program that genuinely fits their career direction.
- Clearly explain course structure, fees, schedules, certifications, and career outcomes — no ambiguity left for the student to guess at.

B. Lead Conversion & Admissions

- Handle inbound admission enquiries and convert genuine interest into enrollments.
- Follow up with prospective students consistently — timely, structured follow-up is what separates a missed enrollment from a converted one.




- Own and deliver against monthly admission and conversion targets.

C. Records & Coordination

- Keep lead and student records accurate and current in the CRM and Excel trackers — every contact logged, same day.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams on batch schedules and student onboarding, so nothing falls through the cracks between enrollment and day one.

D. Relationships & Feedback

- Build genuine, lasting relationships with students that carry through their entire learning experience, not just to the point of enrollment.
- Share what you're hearing from the ground — market trends, common objections, what prospective students actually want — back to management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, educational sales, or student admissions.
- Experience in EdTech or training institutes is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine counseling instinct are also welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English required.
