Weekly Off: Monday

Work Timings - 11:00 AM - 9:00/9:30 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring Academic Counsellors who will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career requirements, recommending suitable courses, and driving student enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and strong relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students through calls, video sessions, emails, and chats.
- Understand students' academic needs, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and learning programs.
- Guide students regarding career paths, entrance exams, and learning plans.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for student engagement and retention.
- Maintain student information, counselling details, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with academic, sales, and operations teams for smooth student support.
- Collect feedback and contribute to improving the student experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 04 years of experience in counselling, sales, academic advising, customer service, or related roles.
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu language skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Preferred Experience

- EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling / Career Counselling experience.
- Experience in customer-facing or student counselling roles.
- Knowledge of entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, GATE, CAT, etc. will be an added advantage.
