The Position of ATR Accounting Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of accurate, timely and completion of data delivery and reporting to external authorities in the local markets.

Process responsibilities:

- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and consistent processes to deliver data submissions to external authorities
- Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Provide specific guidance and support on complex business issues and financial system issues so that overall control is maintained
- Key point of contact for Johnson & Johnson local markets and local authorities in relation to the reporting obligations




- Taking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment.
- Experience supporting statutory audits, internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting tools.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Alteryx, RPA solutions).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working in a global or shared services environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinating the data & information flows between the Johnson & Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and Local Authorities

Qualifications:

- Finance Master Degree, Fully qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years post qualified financial experience
