Vertical 3DTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Texturing Artist to join our growing 3D production team. The role primarily focuses on creating realistic PBR materials and textures for furniture, home décor, and consumer product assets used in eCommerce, AR, and product visualization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of materials, surface properties, and photorealistic texturing workflows using Substance Painter. Experience with look development and rendering is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in Texturing, Look Development, or related 3D visualization projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic PBR textures and materials for a wide range of product assets.
- Accurately match materials using reference images and product specifications.
- Develop high-quality textures for wood, metal, fabric, leather, plastic, glass, and other product materials.
- Import and connect texture maps correctly in Maya or 3ds Max when required.
- Organize project files, texture libraries, and naming conventions according to production standards.
- Collaborate with modeling, lighting, and project management teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform quality checks before final submission.

Required Skills





- Strong experience with Substance Painter.
- Good understanding of PBR workflows and material creation.
- Knowledge of UV mapping and texture optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Understanding of texture map types such as Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, Opacity, and Height.
- Ability to create realistic materials from product references.
- Good file management and organizational skills.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with look development workflows.
- Basic understanding of rendering and lighting principles.

Software Requirements

- Adobe Substance 3D Painter
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of Blender
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max

Training 8–10 days of training will be provided to familiarize candidates with our production workflow, quality standards, and client requirements.
