About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 3D interior and exterior visualization, with the ability to transform design concepts into high-quality, realistic renders.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Arch Bachelor of Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture
- M.Arch / Master's in Architecture
- Candidates with a relevant architectural/design education and a solid portfolio may apply.

Key Skills Required

- SketchUp 3D modelling and design development
- Lumion: High-quality interior & exterior rendering
- Enscape Real-time visualization and walkthroughs
- D5 Render: Photorealistic architectural visualization
- Strong knowledge of 3D interior rendering
- Strong knowledge of 3D exterior rendering
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and architectural detailing
- Ability to develop presentation-ready 3D visuals from architectural drawings and concepts

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D interior models and renders for luxury residential projects.
- Develop realistic 3D exterior views and architectural renders.
- Prepare 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce renders and walkthroughs using Lumion, Enscape, and D5 Render.
- Understand architectural drawings and convert 2D concepts into accurate 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to develop design concepts.
- Work on materials, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and other visual elements.




- Make revisions based on design feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards for client presentations and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in 3D interior design/architectural visualization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interior & exterior 3D renders.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Candidates from any location in India can apply.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- This is an on-site position in Bangalore.
- Candidates must submit both their updated resume and portfolio.
- Educational qualifications must be clearly mentioned in the resume.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, or M.Arch/Master's in Architecture and relevant 3D visualization experience are encouraged to apply.

Important: Applications without a relevant portfolio, resume, and educational background or diploma in ARCH qualification will not be considered without relevant qualification.
