Operating since 2020, the platform has partnered with major developers including Godrej Properties, Adani Realty, L&T; Realty, and Rustomjee to help sales teams shorten deal cycles through cinematic, tech-driven property presentations.

Role Overview

We're looking for a 3D Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of real estate 3D visualization projects — property walkthroughs, digital twins, and experience centers — bridging creative teams, technical execution, and client expectations. You'll be the person who keeps ambitious visualization work on time, on budget, and true to the design vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and manage 3D visualization project pipelines (property walkthroughs, digital twins, experience centers) from brief to final delivery
- Coordinate between 3D artists, designers,



and technical teams to ensure smooth production workflows
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent real estate projects
- Liaise directly with clients — developers and sales teams — on project status, revisions, and deliverables
- Anticipate production bottlenecks and proactively resolve pipeline issues
- Maintain quality standards across all 3D deliverables before client handoff

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within real estate visualization, architectural visualization, or 3D property presentation
- Solid working understanding of 3D visualization pipelines and software: Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Unreal Engine
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite in Lucknow
