Role Description The 3D Design Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the 3D design function across luxury interior projects and products. This role oversees the creation of high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for furniture, decor, and interior spaces, ensuring alignment with brand and product guidelines. The 3D Design Head collaborates closely with design, product development, marketing, and sales teams to translate concepts into compelling visual outputs for presentations, catalogs,



and digital platforms.

Daily responsibilities include managing design workflows, setting quality standards, mentoring and guiding the 3D design team, and reviewing work to meet deadlines and project requirements. The role also involves coordinating with manufacturing and project teams to ensure 3D representations accurately reflect specifications, materials, and finishes.

Qualifications

- Strong Design Management skills, including team leadership, project coordination, and design workflow optimization.
- Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design, with the ability to create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual narratives for luxury interior products.
- Experience in Branding and Interior Design to ensure all visual outputs reflect the brand identity and support cohesive, high-end spatial concepts.
- Proficiency with 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, or similar), and familiarity with CAD software.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of materials, lighting, and finishes relevant to luxury interiors and products.
- Proven experience in a senior design or 3D leadership role within interior design, architecture, product design, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Effective communication and presentation
