Carries out preparatory work • Accepts order with deadline specifications, determines order content in terms of e.g. picture content, visualization methods (perspective, color), degree of visualization. Coordinates with the technical coordinator and illustrator.





- Clarifies use of tools. Examines, evaluates and processes the available data, carries out research and obtains missing information.
- Arranges the available data in modular form in the design and illustration tools.

Creates technical animation • Create technical animation and illustrations according to the customer specific technical standards.
- Create interactive animation from the instructions using creo illustrate, able to read the technical documents like installation instruction manuals
- Create, revise and maintain animation/ illustrations for use in Engine spare parts catalogues, assembly instructions, tools catalogues, guided troubleshooting, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, etc. using Creo illustrate
- Collects basic data from design and illustration tools (e.g. Creo, and Auto CAD ) processes these to form new, interactive animation.
- Adapts existing photos to achieve required visual statement.
- In the event of deviations from requirements, adjusts illustrations in consultation with the technical author.
- Provide technical support within the Technical Publications Department
- Follow the quality check sheets and guidelines
- Report to the illustration coordinator
- Ensures the meeting of deadlines

Carries out follow-up work Archives, updates and amends 3D animations Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Required:

1. BE in Mechanical/Automobile
2. 2-5 years' experience in creation of technical illustration or animation
3. Must have hands on experience in illustration tools such as Creo illustrate, Isodraw, Creo- View AutoCAD, Windchill
4. Knowledge in technical writing will be an added advantage
5. Self-motivated, Strong Organizational Skills, Learning Oriented
6. Product Knowledge on diesel engines will be very helpful
