Role Description

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who can think creatively, understand visual storytelling, and help shape how Kiaq exists online.

This isn't a role focused purely on posting and scheduling content. You'll work closely with the founder to build Kiaq's social media presence from the ground up and help transform the page into a cohesive, recognisable brand world.

You'll be involved in

- Brainstorming original Reel and content concepts
- Developing content ideas around Kiaq's art, philosophy, products and founder journey
- Researching trends, formats and storytelling techniques and identifying what could work for Kiaq
- Helping build and maintain a strong visual identity and consistent brand voice
- Planning content calendars and campaigns
- Developing creative hooks, concepts and storytelling for short-form content
- Analysing content performance and using insights to improve future content
- Researching relevant brands, audiences and emerging social media formats
- Collaborating with the founder, designers and creative team to bring ideas to life




- Helping curate and organise content for Instagram and other platforms

Qualifications

- Strong creative instinct and a positive eye for visual aesthetics
- Genuine understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Ability to brainstorm and develop original content ideas
- Strong interest in branding, storytelling, art, fashion or culture
- Ability to identify trends without simply copying them
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical thinking
- Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the founder

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Instagram analytics or similar tools is an advantage
- A background in marketing, communications, media, design, fashion or a related field is a plus, but not essential
