We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us bring in outstanding people, fast.

What you'll do:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer
- Manage multiple sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring intent
- Conduct phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with stakeholders through the evaluation process to keep hiring moving
- Deliver on hiring targets within committed timelines
- Use our ATS to track, qualify, and process candidates efficiently
- Ensure every candidate walks away with a great experience, regardless of outcome

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA in HR is a plus
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
