Position: Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate Both can apply
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift Timings:
• Female Candidates Day Shift
• Male Candidates Rotational Shift

Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions over calls.
• Maintain positive customer service and communication standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Achieve defined process and performance targets.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant Voice Process/Customer Service experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate and Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
• Candidates should be comfortable with the applicable shift timings.
