Travel Team Lead – USA & Canada Process

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Team Lead with strong knowledge of the USA & Canada travel process and hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling international air-ticketing operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the USA & Canada travel process team.
- Handle international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and ticketing.
- Work confidently on Amadeus GDS for reservations and ticketing.
- Manage complex itineraries and provide suitable flight options.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and daily performance.
- Train and support team members on Amadeus and USA/Canada processes.
- Resolve customer and operational escalations.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking/ticketing issues.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.

Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
- Good knowledge of USA & Canada air-ticketing processes.
- Previous experience handling or leading a travel team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international fares, rules, reissues, refunds, and ticketing.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
