Principal Accountabilities -

Social Media Marketing

n

n
- Manage social media brand pages and ensure high level of engagement on digital brand properties
n
- Plan, ideate, create and execute social media calendars and posts
n
- Conceptualize and work with agencies to create brand content and digital collateral
n
- Write ad copies, and social media copies for the media campaigns and SMM platforms
n
- Research industry-related topics and pitch for new blog ideas. Create, conceptualize and proofread blog content for relevant topics
n
- Script writing for AVs and documentaries and forming Long-term content strategy and marketing ideas
n
- Ability to adhere to the brand voice, research, and identify target audience preferences and trends
n
- Write marketing copy to promote our products/services
n

Website Management & SEO

n

n
- Create and curate blogs for various sites and align with SEO requirements by digital marketing teams.
n
- Work with agencies regularly to maintain SEO and SEM practices.
n
- Ensure that all communication collaterals (within and outside the team) follow brand standards and guidelines.
n

n

Software and hardware skills

n

n
- Basic knowledge of Premier Pro,



Adobe audition, Adobe suite for video and audio editing
n
- Basic knowledge of Photography and Videography for online content creation
n

n

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

n

n
- Observe and manage online reputation on all social media platforms and work with agencies for suitable responses
n
- Proactive response ready mechanism built in for crisis communication.
n

n

Multimedia creation

n

n
- Video and photo editing skills will be a plus
n
- Develop presentations, reports, films, AVs and video concepts for various projects, and internal reviews
n

Candidate Specifications -

- The ideal candidate should be well versed in writing Hindi copies for social, campaigns, blogs and other platforms as well, while being good at the English counter-parts as well.
n
- Must have excellent content creation/language/writing skills
n
- Should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a natural drive to achieve, and valuable execution skills
n
- Ability to lead projects on their own and adhere to tight delivery deadlines
