Role & responsibilities
Responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of plantation and farm forestry activities. The role includes plantation development, farmer engagement, nursery management, productivity improvement, and implementation of sustainable forestry practices. The position is also responsible for achieving plantation targets, maintaining solid relationships with farmers and vendors, and ensuring smooth coordination between field operations and mill requirements.
In addition, He should technically be valuable in subject to handle the ongoing R&D; Projects
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should have knowledge and experience about the Sapling Production, agriculture Extension and other farm forestry activities.
Should be technically sound in sapling production and nursery management, pest and dieses identification at nursery and field level.
